Everyone booking a holiday with us receives a Hibiscus Travel information pack with detailed trip notes to help you get the most out of your holiday. Further advice is available from our office staff and overseas representatives when needed.

Accommodation and meal plans

  • Accommodation is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room, in accommodation and for the number of nights as shown in the holiday price table.

  • Extra nights are available at a supplement.

  • Single supplements apply in some accommodations

  • Rooms are with private shower and loo (occasionally with phone).

  • Meal plans: as shown in price tables.

What else is included

Hotel-to-hotel and twin/multi centre holidays

  • Transport of bags between hotels.

  • Briefing and local information.

  • Hibiscus Travel route notes.

Single centre holidays

  • Guide services as described isn holiday descriptions.

  • Guided walks from walking hotels as specified in holiday descriptions.

  • Access to leisure and other facilities listed in the holiday descriptions. Where activities are extra, we say so.

  • Admissions to galleries, museums etc where specified as included.

  • Hibiscus Travel regional information booklet.

Extra nights / City breaks

These include accommodation (and meals, where specified), but not the cost of travel between airport/station and hotel.

Children’s Discounts

'Child' in the holiday data panels means a child over 2 and under 12 on the date of outward travel (sharing with 2 adults). For infants under 2, prices from just £55 per infant based of self drive, provision of cot and paying locally for any meals.
