LOCATION: Built amongst rich pine woods, less that 200 meters away from the fine beach of Vatera with the crystal clear waters.
CAPACITY: The Villa is comprised of 3 independent well designed aapartments with indoor and outdoor amenities, sleeping 4 persons each. At one of the apartments the lounge furniture converts to bedding, allowing for a 5th person to be accommodated.

DESCRIPTION: This is a traditional stone property with panoramic sea views and rich colorful gardens and spacious verandas with cane furniture for your comfort. Simplicity, comfort, good taste and natural beauty blend well together to make an ideal environment for your holidays... The apartments have air conditioning units and central heating. Every apartment consists of a spacious open plan kitchen / dinner / lounge area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It also benefits from spacious verandas with cane furniture for your comfort, making your morning coffee or evening drinks all that more enjoyable. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all electrical appliances: electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and the other with two singles. It is possible to introduce a baby cot if necessary.
